This role is essential for overseeing billing processes, cash application, revenue tracking, and financial management, along with performing initial analyses.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle incoming payments from diverse sources.
- Manage accounts receivable across various entities.
- Support intercompany financial transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analyses.
- Oversee banking relationships and transaction processes.
- Generate invoices and financial reports.
- Work in collaboration with IT for tailored reporting requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Property Management or Real Estate is advantageous.
- Proficient in Yardi Voyager and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and numerical capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and General Ledger accounting.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
