Job Overview

As a Project Coordinator, you will report to the Senior Manager of Packaging Design and will play a pivotal role in the operations of the Graphic Design department. You will oversee the coordination of work assignments, track job statuses, and streamline workflows for graphic design and packaging projects, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.


Job Responsibilities

  • Receive, organize, and maintain incoming tasks and projects, distributing assignments across the team.
  • Collaborate closely with designers and proofreaders to ensure tasks and materials are delivered and understood.
  • Track projects, provide consistent status updates, and act as the primary point of contact for project statuses globally.
  • Effectively notify and communicate project completions and ensure materials are organized and filed.
  • Input project data in spreadsheets, managing assignments and maintaining detailed, accurate records.

Job Competencies

  • Minimum 1+ years in an administrative role.
  • Understanding of Adobe Creative suite.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Exceptional time management and organization with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication.
  • Adaptable to changing demands and priorities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Must be able to commute to the Westbury office.
