Quest Car Care Products is growing and looking to add an experienced Office Administrator to our team. This CSR must be experienced, personable, detail oriented, and familiar with software like Salesforce and QuickBooks. As an Office Administrator, you will learn in-depth about our products to equip you to provide answers and solutions to our customers. You will join a highly functioning team with a great culture that helps each other succeed both personally and professionally.


Quest Car Care Products manufactures high-quality chemicals trusted by car washes, truck washes, and detailers. Our comprehensive range includes pre-soaks, degreasers, specialty cleaners, shampoos, ceramic-infused products, waxes, tire shine, dressings, fragrances, aerosols, and reclaim water care. With our strong marketing support and a dedicated team, we are committed to ensuring our customers’ success.


As an Office Administrator at Quest Car Care Systems, some of your duties will include:


  • Serve as a point of contact for customers via phone, email, and addressing inquiries about products, services, and orders
  • Accurately process customer orders, ensuring timely and correct delivery of car wash chemicals and related products. This includes notifying our sales team of orders in their territory and including appropriate sales staff in communication with customers.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our product line to accurately process orders. In-depth questions will be referred to our sales team.
  • Handle customer complaints, product returns, and service issues with empathy and professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Assist the sales team with lead generation, follow-ups, and managing customer accounts
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the company’s Salesforce system
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by delivering personalized service and anticipating customer needs
  • Work closely with other departments, including sales, logistics, and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Stay updated on industry trends, company products, and customer service best practices


We would expect our ideal candidate to have the following experience and skills:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 10+ years of customer service experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and QuickBooks
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Customer service orientation and ability to handle confidential information
