Job Summary

As a Stormwater Maintenance as a Service (SMaaS) Consultant in our Stormwater Products team, you'll drive sales of our stormwater maintenance program and recurring revenue plans through marketing and promoting Greenrise’s innovative turnkey approach to the marketplace. The ideal candidate will promote and sell tiered stormwater maintenance services to various clients, including municipalities, private property owners, and commercial enterprises. This role requires a deep understanding of stormwater management solutions and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties & Functions

  • Client Relationship Management: Own and nurture client relationships by leveraging internal resources to deliver customized solutions and support.
  • Sales Expertise: Present and demonstrate the benefits of tiered stormwater maintenance services to prospective clients. Manage the sales pipeline with Salesforce for accurate and timely project performance tracking.
  • Professional Networking: Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, including HOAs, property management groups, regulatory agencies, contractors, developers, consulting engineering firms, etc.
  • Continuous Learning and Improvement: Enhance your technical expertise and knowledge of Greenrise products, competitive offerings, regulatory requirements, and trends in stormwater management. Refine your consultative marketing and sales skills. Become an expert in maintaining stormwater best management practices (BMPs), including proprietary and non-proprietary solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Provide technical and marketing support to Greenrise team members as needed.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Standards

  • Minimum two (2) years of industry experience, preferably in stormwater products or service-related sales.
  • Ability to understand regulatory drivers and address the needs of site owners, property managers, developers, contractors, etc.
  • Effective communication of technical information using consultative marketing skills.
  • Proficiency in interpreting civil site plans, Microsoft Office, and CRM software.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory up to 25% of the time.
