Position Overview:
The Director of Operations at The Learning Tree ABA will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our centers and services. This individual will oversee daily operations, manage key administrative functions, and work closely with the executive team to drive strategic initiatives. The Director of Operations will be responsible for optimizing processes, improving service delivery, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Leadership: Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of The Learning Tree ABA, ensuring that all home based and center based services are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all operations are in compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and standards, including those related to ABA therapy and healthcare services.
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor administrative and operational staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Budget Management: Develop, monitor, and manage budgets for operational departments, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the companys goals and objectives.
  • Client Relations: Work closely with client-facing teams to ensure the highest level of service is provided to our clients and their families.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency and client outcomes.
  • Project Management: Lead and oversee key operational projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring business continuity and the safety of clients and staff.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field required; Masters degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operations management role, preferably within the healthcare or ABA therapy field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with healthcare management software.
