Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Desk Manager to oversee the evening operations during the PM shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk staff, ensuring efficient and friendly customer service, and maintaining a well-organized and smooth operation.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage the front desk team and delegate tasks effectively.
2. Ensure all check-ins and check-outs are handled efficiently.
3. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
4. Supervise the maintenance of accurate guest records and accounts.
5. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
7. Train and onboard new front desk staff members.
8. Prepare and update reports on daily operations and performance.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in a front desk management role, preferably in a hotel setting.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Excellent customer service abilities.
4. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in hotel management software systems.
6. High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or related degree preferred.
