- Assist in creating prototypes and conducting pilot tests to validate new ideas and gather feedback for further development.
- Guide clients through the implementation of innovation initiatives, including project management, resource allocation, and change management.
- Support clients in building a culture of innovation by providing training, developing processes, and fostering an environment conducive to creativity and experimentation.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of innovation initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with innovation goals, manage expectations, and address any challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Innovation, Design Thinking, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Design Thinking, Innovation Management) are a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in innovation consulting, product development, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of innovation methodologies, including Design Thinking, Agile, and Lean Startup.
- Proven experience in facilitating ideation sessions, developing innovative concepts, and managing innovation projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to inspire and engage stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering successful innovation initiatives.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in innovation tools and software; experience with prototyping and design tools is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.
