  • Design and recommend digital solutions, including software, platforms, and tools, to address client needs and improve operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the implementation of digital solutions, working with technical teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment.
  • Manage the change process associated with digital transformation, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training.
  • Utilize data analytics to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing digital strategies and measuring the impact of transformation initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends, technologies, and best practices to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and ROI of digital transformation efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, ITIL) preferred.
  • 4-6 years of experience in digital transformation, technology consulting, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, data analytics, and automation tools. Proficiency in project management and digital strategy development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and solutions clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and improvements.
  • Innovative, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
