POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated FP&A Director to lead our financial planning and analysis function. The FP&A Director will be responsible for overseeing the forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis processes, as well as providing strategic financial insights to support the organization's growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial management principles, and a proven track record of driving process improvements. This role requires advanced strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and ability to collaborate closely with senior leadership to support business growth. This is a highly visible senior role who will have frequent interactions with the CEO and Board of Directors. This role reports directly to the CFO, SVP Strategy & Data Analytics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and oversee the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes. Support the development and update on strategic plan.
  • Support Business Development teams globally with regional financial analysis.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making across the organization.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial plans with strategic objectives.
  • Lead the monthly financial analysis and management reporting.
  • Drive improvements in financial processes, reporting and forecasting systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide reporting support to Board of Directors.
  • Prepare and support presentation to CFO, CEO and Board of Directors.
  • Evaluate potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions to support growth initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop FP&A team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES and OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA, CMA, CPA, or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Expert financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Experience with implementation of reporting and forecast tool is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analytics and financial software applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement analysis, and management reporting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing team.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
