Responsibilities:

  • Conduct workforce analyses to identify skills gaps and future talent needs.
  • Provide guidance on employee engagement, performance management, and career development.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to integrate talent management practices with organizational goals.
  • Prepare and present reports on talent management initiatives and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in talent management consulting or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of talent management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in talent management tools and software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and manage multiple projects.
