Inked Brands is seeking a super-organized and energetic Wholesale Sales Coordinator to join our team in Bowling Green, KY. We build e-commerce brands alongside artists and creators inspired by their content and community of followers, developing physical products and packaging unique to each one. We also support boutique and mass-retail wholesale programs for a variety of our brands. Our team is fun, creative, and willing to take smart risks. In this role, you’ll report to the Customer Experience Manager and spend your days collaborating with various departments to ensure timely execution of wholesale directives, keeping the team organized and efficient. You’ll need to thrive in a busy work environment and respond to multiple requests with ease. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Partner with the Wholesale Sales Managers to ensure projects are organized and deadlines are being met. Daily project management and ownership is paramount.
  • Receive orders from Wholesale Sales Managers.  Confirm orders are entered properly in our systems and are scheduled for the correct shipping dates.
  • Provide stand-out and accurate customer service and order management between several systems/platforms including Faire marketplace.
  • Collaborate between multiple departments to receive information and filter to the appropriate party.
  • Manage all wholesale sales platforms and ensure the wholesale e-commerce sites are up to date with correct product information and images.
  • Review products line lists and ensure the wholesale catalogue online and in print is accurate and current.
  • Act as a project manager for the completion of catalogs to maintain on time printing and manage the catalog mailing list for each brand.
  • Plan and make arrangements for tradeshows by booking travel and accommodations; prepare booth samples in advance.
  • Possibly responsible for working 2-8 tradeshows per year; duties including set up, sales, and tear down.
  • Be aware of wholesale inventory stock levels and trigger purchasing to meet wholesale sales goals and volume.
  • Manage sales rep samples and showroom set-ups/displays.
  • Report customer behaviors such as lapsed customer lists to Wholesale Sales Manager.
  • Keep a running list of promotions by brand and by calendar/season.
  • Submit requests for sell sheets to the brand Product Coordinator.

 

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Post-secondary degree preferred but not required
  • Passion for customer service and experience in sales is a plus
  • Organizational Skills – Demonstrates strong organization, prioritizing and managing conflicting demands to meet deadlines.
  • Project Management - Manage competing demands with ease, bouncing between priorities and keeping other team members on schedule. Anticipate implications of deviation from schedule and problem solve, communicate, etc.
