REQUIRED SKILLS

  • We need someone who is extremely strong and has a good communication skills .
  • They need to be able to provide direction and guidance to the team and deliver clear reports and suggestions to the Director and Business Stakeholders.
  • 10 yrs total, exp.5+ years of program experience minimum
  • 5+ years in the Project Management, Scrum experience.
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or other relevant Agile certifications are highly preferred.
  • Proven hands-on Agile experience, with a track record of navigating failures and problem-solving within the Agile space.
  • Proficiency in managing 3-5 Scrum Masters, demonstrating effective leadership and mentorship.
