Key Responsibilities:

Role Purpose
The Senior Agile Project Manager is tasked with steering a highly skilled product development team as a Scrum Master, while also coordinating with other Agile teams on initiatives that encompass multiple departments.

The Digital Customer Experience (CX) division is focused on crafting and enhancing the next generation of online shopping, loyalty, and delivery experiences, scaling effectively for the client's eCommerce and Loyalty platforms.

Core areas of focus include consumer-facing functionalities related to online shopping and delivery, loyalty systems, and corporate websites.


Essential Duties include, but are not limited to:
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in project management utilizing Agile methodologies.
Proven experience leading teams of 20-30 individuals (direct reports not necessary).
Accountable for guiding a distributed Agile Scrum team in the planning and execution of strategic projects using Scrum Agile practices and metrics.

Facilitate the adoption and coaching of existing Agile Scrum best practices, ensuring the effective use of industry-standard tools and methodologies.

Collaborate closely with product teams, stakeholders, and technical leads to set objectives, develop solutions, and oversee technical execution.

Responsible for presenting Scrum team and program-level metrics to peers and management.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Lead the process of project and program planning, budget estimation, resource assessment, invoice review, financial planning, and risk management.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills, thriving in a dynamic environment.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory directives.
Flexibility to work collaboratively within a matrix environment.
Proven ability to engage with external vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Agile coaching, project planning, budget management, resource assessment, and risk evaluation.
  • Advanced understanding of process evaluation and enhancement, including the selection of tools and services aligned with business needs.
  • Proficient in Project Management Tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, Agile, SDLC, etc.).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong skills in expectation management, influence, and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams, build relationships, and manage effectively in a matrix organization.
  • Proven capability to motivate teams and mentor junior project managers.
For this role, candidates should possess:

Experience with Agile methodologies
Strong communication skills
Background in eCommerce
Proven project management experience
A blend of daily Scrum activities and project management (tracking costs and budgets)

Must have a technical background, particularly in:

Content management systems (CMS)
Backend APIs
