We are looking to immediately bring on a new Energy Sales Associate. We are seeking talented individuals to be a part of our Energy Sales Associate team in efforts to keep up with our overwhelming customer base. We will train and develop our Energy Sales Associates starting from the ground up. We believe that in order to have a successful team, they must understand all aspects of the business. The Energy Sales Associate will not only have the opportunity to work with local customers directly, they will also be able to network with others in the organization, learn how to manage a small team, and be a part of our business’ expansion. 

The Energy Sales Associate will be the first point of contact for our customers helping to educate them on services offered by our clients. The Energy Sales Associate will be working closely with consumers to enhance the reputation of our clientele in the local community and put them in the best position to be successful. We are looking for our Energy Sales Associate to be part of a team that is strong, determined, and ambitious to take on new challenges and opportunities as they are presented. Our company is continuously expanding into new markets and we want YOU to be a part of it 

 

Energy Sales Associate Responsibilities:

  • Professionally educate new and existing customers on services inquired for by providing them with detailed information.
  • Offer excellent customer service and communication by following up with customers about how new services and installations have gone. 
  • Customize the customers pricing package based on their desires to reach a full sales cycle.
  • Provide timely responses to customers and effective solutions to problems in customer retention and brand establishment.
  • Attend weekly training sessions to enhance product and service knowledge. 
  • Work closely with Senior Sales Representatives to continue developing new skills that will assist in developing a strong team. 
 

Energy Sales Associate Qualifications: 

  • Has a strong desire to learn in the fields of Sales, Marketing, Customer Service.
  • Great communication skills to be able to excel in written and verbal communication with customers
  • Self motivated and determined to meet and exceed performance goals 
  • Amiable and outgoing personality that demonstrates professionalism
  • Able to adapt to new situations and be solution oriented
