Your New Role: Join a prominent healthcare organization in Houston, TX as the Accounting Executive Assistant. This role will require you to perform various duties; you will schedule large and complex meetings with various institutional leaders across the organization, record detailed minutes during meetings, coordinate all travel arrangements and reimbursements, and prepare correspondence, memos, documents, and detailed reports.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Your Experience:
  • A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree or PHD is highly preferred.
  • Five (5) years of related program management experience is required; Ten (10) years of providing administrative support to executive/senior leaders of large organizations, meeting coordination, event planning, and education is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and computer software skills are required.
