We are hiring a Clinical Research Revenue Cycle Specialist at our START San Antonio location. This role can be hybrid or remote. This role will support the Analyst team by training on creating and approving monthly clinical trial Invoices for active studies at assigned domestic or international sites
Essential Responsibilities
- Help to review/approve active study reconciliations to ensure all patient visits are priced correctly per the budget
- Work closely with the domestic and international AR Team to ensure sponsor payments are applied correctly
- Perform clinical study analysis for profitability and performance
- Work closely with study budget and contracting team to resolve any billing issues with sponsor
- Assist when needed to help research and resolve any Sponsor inquiries
- Ensure month end deadlines are met timely and accurately
- Team lead for Oncore implementation/integration
Education & Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Required 2+ years of experience in similar position
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel (PIVOT, VLOOKUP)
