  • Recruiting: 

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. 

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate selection. 

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide support throughout the hiring process. 

  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and partner in hiring recommendations. 

  • Partner in the development of a recruitment strategy that aligns with Gateway’s growth plans, ensuring we have the talent needed to scale effectively. 

  • Talent Management: 

  • Implement talent management programs to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees. 

  • Work with leadership to create career development plans and succession planning strategies. 

  • Facilitate performance management processes, including performance reviews and feedback sessions. 

  • Analyze talent metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement. 

  • People Programming: 

  • Design and deliver people programs that support employee engagement, development, and retention. 

  • Lead initiatives related to employee recognition, wellness, and work-life balance. 

  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. 

  • Monitor the effectiveness of people programs and make recommendations for improvements. 

  • Employee Relations Support and Management: 

  • Serve as a contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers. 

  • Investigate and resolve workplace conflicts, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures. 

  • Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. 

  • Provide coaching and support to managers on employee relations matters, including performance issues, disciplinary actions, and terminations. 

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, mitigating risks to the organization. 

The successful candidate will bring the following to the table:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 

  • 5+ years of experience in an HR business partner role or similar position. 

  • Proven track record in recruitment and talent management. 

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws. 

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 

  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software. 

  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism. 

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships. 

  • Team collaboration skills.
