Eastridge Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce management solutions, committed to connecting skilled professionals with meaningful career opportunities.We are hiring a HR Generalist to assist the Human Resource Manager or Director of Operations with interviewing candidates, meeting with 3rd party vendors, creating, updating and applying all HR policies and company guidelines, and making sure they adhere to standards and laws initiated by authorities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations. Collaborating with outside vendors, upper management and employees to maintain CSR standards
  • Evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly. Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances by exceeding expectations.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution, mediate disputes, and address employee grievances in a fair and timely manner.
  • Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and regular communication.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Assist with the administration of payroll, benefits, and compensation programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide support during open enrollment and benefits communication to employees.
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation practices.
  • Compliance & Record Keeping:
  • Maintain employee records in compliance with state and federal laws, including personnel files, I-9 forms, and other related documentation.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory reports (e.g., EEO-1, ACA).
  • Training & Development:
  • Coordinate and facilitate training programs for employees, including compliance training, professional development, and leadership training.
  • Identify training needs and work with department heads to develop and implement training solutions.
  • Performance Management:
  • Support the performance review process, including goal setting, feedback collection, and review documentation.
  • Assist managers in addressing performance issues and implementing performance improvement plans.
  • HR Projects & Initiatives:
  • Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs, employee wellness, and organizational development efforts.
  • Provide recommendations for HR process improvements and efficiency enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEO, FLSA).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
