THE OPPORTUNITY:

Under the direction of the Creative Director, this position will develop art packages/presentations and other sales tools for reps and customers with the goal to increase sales. This person will research the needs of an account or territory to determine its unique characteristics to influence the development of presentation materials. This person will also follow-up with reps to determine the results of presentations.


We currently have an Art Pack Coordinator role available in the following line:

Blue 84 Corporate


Schedule: Monday-Friday, hours TBD.

(To be considered for remote, you must reside in these states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, IA, ID, IL, KA, MI, MN, NC, ND, NY, NV, PA, MO, OK, SC, SD, TX, VA, WI)


A Typical Day (job functions) | Prepare Presentations + Create Effective Sales Tools

  • Work through daily art pack requests to prepare presentations, per individual customer & rep needs
  • Create contact sheets and comps to order
  • Work with sales reps and customers to understand the available opportunities and make recommendations on what designs and product mix will sell best. Will require research online, on-site, and interviews of reps and buyers
  • Data entry of Art Packs for stickers, accessories & apparel
  • Assist Creative Director with data entry and miscellaneous tasks
  • Provide direction to various artists to create designs that meet the specific needs (and deadlines) of the customers
  • Prioritize daily workload
  • Prepare presentation materials for use by reps and customers in their appointments
  • Meet specifications customers are requesting for each design
  • Assist with tradeshow booth set-up & tear-down
  • Work actively with others in the department and company to achieve positive results
  • Attend all scheduled meetings
  • Other responsibilities as directed

Skills (qualifications) | Take Direction & Run With It + Organization + Creativity + Bigger Picture Thinker

  • Degree in Graphic Design is ideal, but not required
  • Experience with Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft products, including Excel and Outlook, preferred
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication Skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Aptitude for design & details
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Experience with data entry preferred
  • Willingness to travel as needed to shows and territories is a plus

Remote Qualifications I Minimum Requirements:

To effectively fulfill your responsibilities, we expect remote team members to have a reliable internet connection that meets the following minimum requirements:

  • Download Speed: A minimum download speed of 100 megabits per second (Mbps) is necessary to ensure swift access to online resources, efficient communication, and seamless collaboration with your colleagues. We recommend 200 mbps download.
  • Upload Speed: Your internet connection should have a minimum upload speed of 20 megabits per second (Mbps). This speed allows for smooth sharing of files, participating in virtual meetings, and contributing to our collaborative work environment. We recommend 50 Mbps Upload.

It is important to note that these above requirements are based on the assumption that your internet connection is dedicated primarily to work-related tasks during business hours. We understand that many households have multiple users and may engage in activities such as streaming services like Hulu, Netflix, Youtube, etc. However, it is crucial that your work-related activities receive the necessary bandwidth and remain uninterrupted.

All remote employees are also responsible for the following:

  • Must have both Cable and DSL for Internet Types
  • Must supply their own equipment (including but not limited to monitors, cameras, and computer accessories)
  • We recommend employees have two monitors for work tasks
  • Please note that chromebooks are not compatible with our systems.
