THE OPPORTUNITY:
WOW our customers by providing MN Nice customer service and supporting our reps in an efficient and effective manner. Assist our valued customers and manufacturers with questions and resolve issues as they arise. Provide assistance to customers by answering questions, placing orders, responding to special requests and troubleshooting issues as they happen to arise. Act as a liaison between our team and Sales Reps by providing excellent customer service to both external and internal customers. You truly are the eyes and ears onsite at our World Headquarters. Troubleshoot orders and regularly communicate issues, concerns, problem-solving solutions and actions, taken with the guidance of the Customer Service Lead.
Open to onsite or remote. If you reside in one of the following states, you will be considered for remote: AZ, CA, CO, FL, IA, ID, IL, MA, MN, MO, NC, ND, NY, NV, OK, PA, SC, SD, TX, VA, WI
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9a-5p.
A Typical Day (job functions) | Listen + Think Fast + Take Action + Problem Solve
- Analyze orders to identify possible issues or questions that could arise
- Work with all departments including art, shipping, production, accounting, etc
- Work with customers and reps to handle and resolve all in-house issues
- Make sure to get all orders produced correctly and on time
- Handle all customer issues like credit requests, pricing issues and order delays
- Provide courteous and professional service
- Multi-tasking, attention to detail
- Quick response and ability to handle high pressure
- Sales and negotiating skills
- Independent decision-making skills with reason and good judgment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Work actively with others to get the issue resolved

To effectively fulfill your responsibilities, we expect remote team members to have a reliable internet connection that meets the following minimum requirements:
- Download Speed: A minimum download speed of 100 megabits per second (Mbps) is necessary to ensure swift access to online resources, efficient communication, and seamless collaboration with your colleagues. We recommend 200 mbps download.
- Upload Speed: Your internet connection should have a minimum upload speed of 20 megabits per second (Mbps). This speed allows for smooth sharing of files, participating in virtual meetings, and contributing to our collaborative work environment. We recommend 50 Mbps Upload.
It is important to note that these above requirements are based on the assumption that your internet connection is dedicated primarily to work-related tasks during business hours. We understand that many households have multiple users and may engage in activities such as streaming services like Hulu, Netflix, Youtube, etc. However, it is crucial that your work-related activities receive the necessary bandwidth and remain uninterrupted.
All remote employees are also responsible for the following:
