Job Title: Team Leader (Team C)

Department: Production

Responsibilities

  • Irrespective of any other responsibilities initiate action to prevent product or service nonconformity, identify or record quality problems and recommend solutions.
  • Support the vision, mission and guiding principles of the company.
  • Execute all activity necessary to complete team requirements
  • Maintain records of team performance within the guidelines required (ISO, SQCDMM)
  • Work and interact with other teams on an as-needed basis to help line balance capacity
  • Team leader, supervise hourly employees
  • Train in and apply social style techniques
  • Delegate responsibilities to team members
  • Use material storage techniques that ensure safe storage and easy retrieval of materials
  • Promote open communication with team members, coworkers, and customers.

Requirements:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Be available to work during scheduled shift, and overtime as necessary to meet customer needs
  • Proficient in the use of tools and equipment necessary to complete PCB and Final assembly.
  • Conformal coating

  • Knowledge of material movement terminology (Replenishment, pull, push, backflush, visual system)

  • PCB Assembly (SMT and through hole)
  • Mechanical assembly of final units
  • Read assembly prints
  • Soldering (Hand and wave)
  • Production schedule creation and maintenance

Work Environment
