Qualifications

Experience/Education:
BS or MS degree in Engineering or Construction Management
10-15 years in a leadership role on projects valued at $150 million or more
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong technical and communication skills are essential
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Leadership and management capabilities
Familiarity with Procore and Microsoft Office (preferred)

Salary will be determined based on the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market alignment.
