Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Familiarity with conformal coating and AOI processes.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Understanding of material movement terminology (e.g., replenishment, pull, push, backflush, visual systems).
  • Experience with cycle counting and barcode/POURS systems.
  • Knowledge of workplace organization principles (5S).
  • Familiarity with bills of material structures and routing processes.
  • Goal setting and achievement in TBO.
  • Proficient in operating computer terminals and filing systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • General computer skills.
  • Training in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
  • Experience in PCB assembly (both SMT and through-hole).
  • Mechanical assembly of final products.
  • Ability to read and interpret assembly prints.
  • Proficient in soldering techniques (hand and wave).
  • Experience in creating and maintaining production schedules.

Work Environment:

  • Primarily in an engineering office setting.
  • Occasional presence on the production floor for support, prototype builds, and root cause analysis.
  • Exposure to chemicals (refer to SDS), dust, paint, and noise.
  • Protective clothing and equipment may be necessary.
