- Proactively address and prevent any discrepancies in product or service quality, documenting issues and proposing effective solutions.

- Maintain comprehensive records of team performance in compliance with established standards (ISO, SQCDMM).
- Collaborate with other teams as required to optimize capacity and workflow.
- Oversee and guide hourly staff in their daily tasks.
- Implement and teach social style techniques to enhance team dynamics.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members appropriately.
- Utilize effective material storage methods to ensure safe and efficient access to resources.
- Encourage transparent communication among team members, colleagues, and clients.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Availability to work during scheduled shifts and overtime as needed to fulfill customer demands.
- Skilled in the use of tools and equipment essential for PCB and final assembly processes.
- Familiarity with conformal coating and AOI processes.
- Physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Understanding of material movement terminology (e.g., replenishment, pull, push, backflush, visual systems).
- Experience with cycle counting and barcode/POURS systems.
- Knowledge of workplace organization principles (5S).
- Familiarity with bills of material structures and routing processes.
- Goal setting and achievement in TBO.
- Proficient in operating computer terminals and filing systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- General computer skills.
- Training in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
- Experience in PCB assembly (both SMT and through-hole).
- Mechanical assembly of final products.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly prints.
- Proficient in soldering techniques (hand and wave).
- Experience in creating and maintaining production schedules.
Work Environment:
- Primarily in an engineering office setting.
- Occasional presence on the production floor for support, prototype builds, and root cause analysis.
- Exposure to chemicals (refer to SDS), dust, paint, and noise.
- Protective clothing and equipment may be necessary.
