ARDENT’s Regional Operations Supervisor hold a key leadership position, and are responsible for aligning field operations and team performance with our mission of "Professionalizing The Security & Protection Industry." 

 

Annual Salary: $55,000

 

Bonus: We offer performance bonuses annually. These bonuses are directly tied to the total number of man-hours you oversee in your designated region. This structure is specifically engineered to incentivize not just accountability and performance, but also to encourage an entrepreneurial mindset.
