Job Summary:

Metro One Loss Prevention Services Group (Guard Division), Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Site Supervisor to lead our Logistics Security Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing on-site leadership and management of security personnel assigned to our clients' logistics facilities throughout the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site leadership and guidance to security personnel, ensuring they meet performance metrics and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client management at the facility, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Recruit, train, and develop shift supervisors and officers assigned to distribution centers, focusing on their growth and development.
  • Monitor and achieve performance metrics established by clients for security functions performed by Metro One officers.
  • Implement and maintain all internal programs, policies, and reporting protocols, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Manage expense control, workforce quality, staffing, scheduling, and report filing, aligning with Metro One's performance metrics.
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with client site management and Metro One management, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Deliver exceptional service that exceeds client expectations, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  • Maintain all patrol and fleet vehicles and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet company standards.
  • Perform initiatives, emergency response, and other tasks as required by Metro One management.

Requirements:

  • Administrative experience in security or a related field, with a strong background in logistics operations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and improve performance metrics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
