Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in generating new business opportunities by proactively identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers. You will be responsible for executing inbound and outbound sales campaigns, managing personal pipelines, and collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

    • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling, to identify and qualify potential customers.
    • Achieve daily and weekly quotas for calls, emails, and meetings booked.
    • Utilize CRM (Salesforce) and sales enablement tools (SalesLoft, FrontSpin, Outreach, Orum) to manage sales activities and pipeline effectively.
    • Leverage prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Cognism) to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
    • Utilize call recording tools (SalesLoft, Gong, Coach360) to improve sales performance and coaching.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Salesforce.
    • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
    • Continuously develop your sales skills and knowledge through training and coaching.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an outbound sales or SDR role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales enablement tools.
  • Familiarity with prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Cognism) is a plus.
  • Experience with call recording tools (SalesLoft, Gong, Coach360) is a plus.
