Qualifications -


  • 5+ Years Experience in student housing, multifamily, or hospitality management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Ensure residents receive exceptional service and address any concerns promptly.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting community events and activities.
  • Assist the General Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and files.
