  • Collaborate with marketing, HR, and other cross-functional teams to align engagement strategies with organizational goals.
  • Monitor engagement metrics, such as customer retention rates, employee turnover, and satisfaction scores, to assess the effectiveness of initiatives.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards that communicate engagement insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Conduct surveys, focus groups, and other research methods to gather feedback on engagement programs and initiatives.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve engagement programs and optimize the overall customer and employee experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools in engagement analysis and strategies.
  • Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on best practices in engagement analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in engagement analysis, customer experience, employee engagement, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, or engagement-specific platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
  • Experience in conducting surveys, focus groups, and other qualitative research methods.
  • Knowledge of engagement strategies, customer experience, employee satisfaction, and related metrics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence strategic decisions.
