Responsibilities:
- Lead the articulation of insights based on the data, driving both short-term and long-term strategies
- Lead monthly reporting based on panel and scanner / point of sale data
- Analyze and make recommendations based on insights and data
- Lead price / pack architecture work for both short-term and long-term
- Collaborate with and gather input from cross-functional partners to help identify and explain key insights and trends
- Manage data partnerships (ex: IRI and/or Nielsen), ensuring effective communication, data access, and utilization services
- 6+ years of progressive work experience in analytics roles within the consumer goods industry, retail industry, or related industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Demonstrate advanced use of Microsoft Excel
- Prior experience with IRA and/or Nielsen data reporting and analysis
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and creative problem solving skills, turning insights into action
- Prior experience with consumer research tools and techniques
- MBA or Master’s degree
- Demonstrated success anticipating future business opportunities or problems and developing strategies to address them proactively
- Detail oriented and with a high level of follow through on execution
