Responsibilities:
- As a member of the Marketing team, analyze and make recommendations based on insights and data
- Lead monthly reporting based on panel and scanner / point of sale data
- Pull data, run reports, create dashboards
- Lead the articulation of insights based on the data, driving both short-term and long-term strategies
- Collaborate with and gather input from cross-functional partners (Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Category, etc) to help identify and explain key insights and trends
- Manage data partnerships (ex: IRI, Circana, and/or Neilsen), ensuring effective communication, data access, and utilization services
- Present findings and recommendations to Marketing leadership and senior HARIBO management including the North American Management team and C-suite Executives
- 6+ years of progressive work experience using analytics within the consumer goods industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Demonstrate advanced use of Microsoft Excel
- Prior experience using IRA, Circana, and/or Nielsen, point-of-sales data, or other forms of syndicated sales data
- Demonstrated understanding of the CPG / Consumer Packaged Good industry and trends
- Experience turning insights into action and making business recommendations for next steps
- MBA or Master’s degree
- Prior experience working directly for a consumer goods manufacturer/distributor
- Demonstrated success anticipating future business opportunities or problems and developing strategies to address them proactively
- Detail oriented and with a high level of follow through and execution
- Ability to present findings and recommendations to senior management and Executives
