As the IT Healthcare Manager of Data Analytics you will lead data analytics and reporting initiatives. You will manage a small team and translate strategic goals into actionable outcomes.

 

Requirements:

  • 8+ years’ experience in data analytics/report writing.
  • Proficiency with SQL and tools such as SAS, Tableau, Business Objects and or Power BI.
  • Leadership and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare data (EPIC), EHR, HIPAA highly preferred.

Key responsibilities:

  • Implement Data Analytics Services within business model.
  • Develop Epic reports; manage request and time tracking.
  • Standard and ad hoc analyses to support value-based care.

• Must possess a strong knowledge of Database management and operations.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and methodologies is required.
• Experience in creating and managing Business Requirement Documents is essential.
• Skilled in creating and interpreting data dashboards.
• Should have a deep understanding of IT healthcare data analytics and its applications.
• Proven experience in managing a team in a data-centric environment.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking abilities.
• Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
