As an Assistant HVAC Service Manager, you will assist the HVAC Service Manager in the daily operations of the HVAC Service Team by:
  • Using your strong service skills to build up team members and help lead them to success.
  • Wowing our customers with your exceptional customer service skills.
  • Helping train and guide service techs to achieve the Aiello service standards.
  • Meeting and exceeding KPI requirements for continued operational success.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
  • Applicants must have a current Driver's License and clean driving record.
  • Required: to be hired, applicants must hold one of the following CT licenses:
    • S-1 (top preferred)
    • S-2
    • S-10
    • S-9
    • D-1
    • D-2
  • Outgoing, professional, clean cut and drug-free.
  • Demonstrate the proper and safe use of tools and related equipment and procedures.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively individually as well as in a team environment.
  • Ability to explain technical information to customers and technicians.
