Enterprise Account Director

Our client is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Enterprise Accounts Director with expertise in Real World Insights. As an Enterprise Accounts Director, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts, focusing on Real World Insights solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop customized solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Manage and develop a portfolio of enterprise client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all their Real World Insights needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, project managers, and data scientists.
- Understand client objectives, challenges, and requirements to provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation and ongoing support for client accounts.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth, including upselling and cross-selling of Real World Insights solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide informed insights and drive strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our Real World Insights solutions.
- Provide regular reports on client account performance, including sales metrics, revenue projections, and customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
