About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver successful projects. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and extensive experience in asphalt paving or the construction industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against these benchmarks.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present project reports, including status updates, cost analysis, and risk assessments.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.


Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management or equivalent technical training and/or experience.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in asphalt paving or the construction industry, with a focus on estimating and project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects of varying sizes.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be a US Citizen, Green Card holder, or permanent resident (no visa sponsorship available).


Compensation:

  • Competitive salary up to $125,000 annually.
