Position Overview: As an Account Executive at SunStar Solutions, you will be a key player in generating new business and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from cold outreach to closing deals, handling inbound calls, hot leads, and self-generated business opportunities. This role requires a proactive and disciplined approach to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business through cold outreach and proactive prospecting
  • Handle inbound calls and manage hot leads
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Present and demonstrate our solutions to prospective clients
  • Close deals and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Full-time availability, 40 hours weekly
  • Proficient communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
  • Possess a valid driver's license and successfully complete a standard Background Check, if applicable

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a full cycle sales role
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, disciplined, and self-motivated
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive OTE $145,000 per year (Base plus commissions)
  • Health insurance
  • Paid vacation time off
  • PTO (Paid Time Off)
