Job Description

As a Sr. Wholesale Ops Analyst, you’ll impact the lives of everyday people and help them go from surviving to thriving with innovative digital personal finance solutions. Many of Achieve's clients are enrolled by our Wholesale Partners and this role plays a critical part in the key aspects of Achieve and Wholesale Partner Operations.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with Wholesale owners and key teammates to create, develop and maintain reporting to monitor and optimize debt settlement enrollments and enrollment experiences

  • Provide training on key reporting and dashboards used by owners, managers, and agents to manage and maximize enrollments

  • Lead and support the successful completion of high-impact projects and initiatives focused on operational efficiency

  • Document and refine wholesale operational processes, driving standardization, scalability, and continuous improvement

  • Foster inter-department collaboration to design and implement tools that enhance WS Partner growth, maturity, and long-term value

  • Partner with leadership, Product, and IT teams to deliver consistent and innovative technology solutions, driving enhanced user experiences and operational excellence

  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to task management, consistently delivering high-quality results on time

  • Develop comprehensive content for monthly business reviews with WS Partners and internal stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations

  • Manage and maintain updated contact information for all partners and collaborators, ensuring effective communication and relationship management

  • Support the VP and Manager of WS Operations in monthly commission processing for WS Partners

  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence teams to create and distribute well-defined canned and custom reports to WS Partners, enabling data-driven decision-making

 

Qualifications

  • Sales Performance Management and Analytics experience

  • Commission Processing experience

  • Exceptional communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration with partners at all levels and deliver comprehensive content for monthly business reviews

  • Expert in Excel/Google Sheets, demonstrating exceptional skills in analysis, presentation creation, and overall communication

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, manage time effectively, and make swift decisions

  • Dependable, organized, detail-oriented

  • Alignment with our Core Values: Care, Act with Integrity, Get Better, Collaborate

  • A strong customer service-based approach to account management

  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to take initiative

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
