We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage and input large amounts of data into our systems efficiently and accurately. This role is critical in ensuring that our databases are up-to-date and that data is handled confidentially and securely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Input, verify, and update data into various databases and systems
  • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Organize and maintain files and records as needed
  • Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
  • Follow data program techniques and procedures to ensure timely and accurate data management
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure proper workflow and data handling
  • Perform regular backups of data to secure the information

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or related fields is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software
  • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
