Job DescriptionJob Description

Small Mountain Brook law office seeks a full-time general office and data entry clerk. This is a great entry level opportunity in a small office environment.

Duties will include filing, photocopying, scanning, answering phones, data entry and some support preparing legal form documents. Duty assignments may change over time.

Qualities we are seeking:

  • Have good basic typing and computer skills
  • Demonstrate very good attention to detail
  • Be professional in dealing with co-workers
  • Be self-motivated, have a good attitude and be a team player
  • Be well-organized
  • Have a dependable record of attendance

$15-$16/hr depending on experience, vacation and sick pay, health & vision insurance contribution
