**This role has the potential to be permanent**
Responsibilities:
- Provide the highest levels of customer service by helping with administrative duties
- Assist with all clerical functions of Data Entry for Credit and New Accounts, process new accounts and account maintenance
- Clerical and Customer service with branches and other departments
- Answer incoming calls and direct caller to appropriate person
- Open and distribute incoming mail maintain filing, fax, email
- Perform typing accuracy in data entry for multiple tasks
Qualifications:
- High School Degree/Associates Degree
- Ability to perform many daily tasks and manage time well
- Proficiency in use in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word MS Outlook
- Self-starter with strong work ethic and dedication to completing projects accurately and on time
- Reliable, organized, attentive to detail and committed to high quality work in fast-paced environment
- Good analytical skills
