RemX is seeking a General Clerical in the Irondale, AL area

**This role has the potential to be permanent**

Responsibilities:

  • Provide the highest levels of customer service by helping with administrative duties
  • Assist with all clerical functions of Data Entry for Credit and New Accounts, process new accounts and account maintenance
  • Clerical and Customer service with branches and other departments
  • Answer incoming calls and direct caller to appropriate person
  • Open and distribute incoming mail maintain filing, fax, email
  • Perform typing accuracy in data entry for multiple tasks

Qualifications:

  • High School Degree/Associates Degree
  • Ability to perform many daily tasks and manage time well
  • Proficiency in use in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word MS Outlook
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic and dedication to completing projects accurately and on time
  • Reliable, organized, attentive to detail and committed to high quality work in fast-paced environment
  • Good analytical skills
