Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSkipio is hiring for a full-time Sales Development Representative I. As a Sales Development Representative I, you'll focus on outbound sales outreach to develop new business opportunities. You'll engage with potential clients and build relationships to set demo and consulting appointments.
This is an entry-level sales position. Sales team members will receive regular sales and business training from our team. Total compensation (including commission) based on experience and performance.
The Sales Development Representative I position comes with a clear path to Account Executive within 6-12 months (based on performance).
The role is located in American Fork, UT and offers a hybrid work schedule. Daily Duties
  • Make 60+ outbound calls to prospects per day
  • Send relevant follow-up emails and text messages to prospects and opportunities
  • Document communication in Outreach and HubSpot

Minimum Qualifications
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships

Bonus qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing or have already completed a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Familiarity with CRM like HubSpot and automated messaging tools
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (in any industry)
  • Experience in the software or technology industry
