Where You Fit:

Springbrook Software is actively seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to expand our reach in key markets. In this role, you will drive our growth by generating new sales leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings for our sales executives specifically for our payment solution product. You'll play a crucial role in our team, providing weekly reports on your progress and contributing directly to our sales strategy. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, empowering you to excel in a supportive, results-oriented environment.

This position will have a hybrid-work schedule working 2-3 days in the office in American Fork and the rest remotely.

Occasional travel may be required (10%)

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize Salesforce, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities within the public sector vertical.
  • Identify the prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
  • Build relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives.
  • Report to the sales team on weekly results.
  • Maintain general awareness of Springbrook security and privacy policies
  • Report any security incident or suspected security incident to the Springbrook Incident Response Team
Required Qualifications:
  • 2 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets in the public sector vertical.
  • Bachelor's degree or an additional 2 years of relevant work experience (sales, cold calling, prospecting, sales support, etc.)
  • Prior experience as a sales development rep with a track record of achieving sales quotes in the public sector vertical.
  • Prior SDR/BDR experience selling online payment solution (B2B/B2G)
  • Experience providing sales or sales support for SaaS or cloud-based software products.
  • Experience cold calling.
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email.
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization.
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM software.
