The City provides full-city services including Public Safety (Police, Fire, EMS), Engineering, Public Works, Water and Sewer utilities, Building Inspections, Community Development, Parks and Recreation, Marina, Senior Center, Library, Finance, Clerk and Administration. THE ROLE
The Pool Attendant is the first-person patrons will come into contact with at our facility which means great customer service is a must to ensure that all patrons have a positive experience at our waterpark. The Pool Attendant is responsible to answer any questions, direct patrons to the appropriate facility amenities and areas, and handle money transactions and possess knowledge of all rules, regulations and fees of the facility. In addition, they will ensure safety of patrons as they enter and ride slides, serve and prepare concession items and work as a part of our safety team. Pool Attendants report any complaints, restocking of cash drawer or other problems or concerns to the aquatic coordinator or head lifeguard, and completes other duties as assigned by supervisor(s).


SCHEDULE

Schedule varies but typically works 10-35 hours a week during the summer months (May - August).

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone 14 or older. Candidates must have the ability to effectively communicate with children and adults and enjoy working outside.
