Job Overview:
We are seeking a responsible and attentive individual to join our team as a Pool Operator/Lifeguard. As a Pool Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our guests and maintaining a clean and enjoyable environment at our pool facility. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor pool area to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of all guests
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain order and prevent any hazardous situations
- Provide excellent guest service by answering questions, assisting with inquiries, and addressing concerns
- Perform pool maintenance tasks such as checking chemical levels, cleaning filters, and skimming debris
- Respond promptly to any emergencies or incidents that may occur, administering CPR or first aid if necessary
- Conduct regular inspections of the pool area to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs
- Collaborate with other lifeguards and staff members to coordinate activities and ensure smooth operations

**Requirements**:

- Valid Pool Operator Certification
- Valid Lifeguard certification
- Strong swimming skills and ability to perform rescues if needed
- Knowledge of CPR and first aid techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing, walking, and swimming
- Capability to lift heavy objects such as pool equipment or furniture
- Previous experience in lifeguarding or related roles is preferred but not required

Note: All positions at our facility are paid positions. We do not offer unpaid internships.

Pay: $17.50 per hour
