The data literacy lead shall provide expert leadership and guidance in performance under this contract. This key contributor will be responsible for leading the overall efforts to expand data literacy across a complex loosely defined Federal Agency. You will lead teams responsible for recommending, developing, and presenting professional training and development strategies and training solutions to enhance enterprise data use and comprehension. Lead content and overall development of AI, machine learning, Big Data and related training and learning initiatives.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or training.

  • At least five (5) years of experience with development and delivery of large-scale training programs. Must show specialized, progressive experience in program management of complex and highly visible enterprise data analytics projects.

  • Demonstrated knowledge in training professional staff in the use, manipulation, or presentation of data to a wide range of audiences.

  • Demonstrated knowledge or experience in survey design and implementation for a large organization or the public.

  • Superior verbal, written and group presentation and facilitation skills.

  • Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to acquire a Public Trust. US Citizen or Permanant Resident required.
