Position Overview:

The Facility Security Officer (FSO) will play a critical role in ensuring the security and compliance of REDLattice's facilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in DISS auditing and inspections, SCIF operations, and the implementation of physical security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the security program for REDLattice facilities, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular DISS auditing and inspections IAW DCSA and other relevant government entities to ensure adherence to security protocols.
  • Manage and maintain SCIF operations, ensuring secure and compliant handling of classified information.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce physical security measures to safeguard company assets and personnel.
  • Conduct security training and awareness programs for employees.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for security incidents and investigations.
  • Liaise with government agencies and other stakeholders on security-related matters.
  • Maintain detailed records and reports on security activities and incidents.

Required Qualifications:

  • Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in a Facility Security Officer role or similar position.
  • DISS Auditing: Proven experience with DISS auditing and inspections.
  • SCIF Management: Experience in SCIF operations and management.
  • Physical Security: Strong background in implementing and managing physical security measures.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage security programs and teams effectively.

Desired Skills:

  • Classified System Management: Experience managing classified information systems in compliance with government regulations.
  • ISSO Responsibilities: Understanding of Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) duties, including the management of security plans, user accounts, and system audits.
  • Incident Response: Ability to respond to and manage security incidents involving classified systems.
  • Technical Security Measures: Knowledge of implementing and maintaining technical security measures, such as intrusion detection systems and secure communications.
  • Security Policy Development: Experience in developing and enforcing security policies and procedures for classified systems.
