JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Intern will be an essential member of our team, collaborating with Sales Managers and Technical Sales Managers to support the detailed sales flow diagrams and instructional materials, internal website creation and a variety of commercial support related tasks. This role is designed to offer front-line experience in commercial and technical functions, providing a comprehensive view of the agricultural and industrial machinery manufacturing industry.
This position offers an engaged and meaningful opportunity to contribute within a high performing sales group through projects directly impacting our global commercial team while receiving mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals in the field.
This is a paid, full-time position for 3-months.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the sales team by assisting with building out Sales Flow Diagrams with Adobe Creative Suite and Visio
- Assist with the development and implementation of an internal, SharePoint based website
- Participate in a wide variety of continuous improvements related to existing tools and processes
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Adobe Creative Suite Design ability
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- Visio experience a plus, but not required
- Engineering, Business or related fields
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Creative and innovative thinking
