Retail Banking Manager

About the Role:
Huntington National Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our retail banking team. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the branch, including sales, service, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of high-value consumer and business customers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Lead a team of banking professionals to provide excellent customer service, identify sales opportunities, and deepen customer relationships.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, including sales and service initiatives, and community outreach programs.
- Collaborate with internal partners to drive business development and achieve sales goals.
- Manage the branch's operations, including security, risk, and regulatory compliance.
- Stay up-to-date on banking products, services, and technology to provide expert advice to customers and colleagues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, business owners, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and community development.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of banking professionals.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail banking leadership role, with a proven track record of sales and service success.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and technology.
- Ability to develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
