Precision Walls, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Branch Administrative Specialist

Position Summary: This position is primarily responsible for managing all general office duties. The position requires a great deal of discretion as responsibilities include confidentiality of contracts, pays and revenue to the branch. Must be able to multitask, answer phones, send emails, and respond to needs of the office all at the same time.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Generate Certified Payroll Reports for all federal jobs
  • HR New Hire Orientations
  • Enter weekly timecards for field employees
  • Responsible for assuring subcontractor payments, obtaining lien waivers
  • Investigate issues and problems relative to subcontractors and employees that affect the operation of the Branch
  • Assist with Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
  • Billings
  • Assist with office events as needed
  • Other duties as required

Requirements/ Experience:

  • Education/Experience: Minimum HS degree, prefer additional education or equivalent experience particularly in an accounting background
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite
  • Billings experience
  • Notary is a plus
  • Bilingual
