Role Title: Desktop Support Technician - (Hybrid)

 

Job Summary:  As a Customer Support Hero, you are the most visible and impactful member of our team in our quest to help internal team members and agents use our proprietary systems to develop lasting relationships with their customers. You will learn our product inside and out and work every day to remove obstacles that prevent our agents from capturing real value with our products


Must be eligible to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship

Must be local to the South Florida Region and have the ability to work in office 3 days per week in Coral Springs


Responsibilities:

  • Handle computer set up for Team Member Onboarding
  • Handle computer updates for Team Member Offboarding
  • Troubleshoot and solve team members basic technical problems including office 365 support
  • Interact with and support team members effectively through a variety of communication tools (email, phone, Teams, and
  • Team Viewer).
  • Maintain printers by cleaning drums and keeping supplies stocked
  • Keep current anti-virus management updated and secure
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Exchange, Entra and Office.
  • Full inventory system for each team member including webcams, keyboards, and any device we have given to the team
  • member
  • Respond to tickets and close them with proper resolution and confirm that the issue has been resolved
  • Troubleshoot network issues, including patch panel work and punching blocks
  • Network patching and troubleshoot network issues
  • Cable management
  • Manage conference rooms/ meeting screens and assist with set up of remote meetings (e.g. Zoom, Teams)
  • Manage screens used for broadcasting media throughout the office
  • Assist with sharing of calendars within Outlook
  • Help setup and support team member email accounts on private devices (e.g., cell phones, tablets) when approved by a
  • manager
  • Identify proactively when a team member may need additional or replacement equipment with suggestions on that
  • equipment
  • Provide regular reporting of common issues and challenges facing team members and help to provide recommended
  • solutions
  • Support (from a tech perspective) any activities needed in the green room (video recording, CP Live tech help, CP Tech
  • Live help, etc.)
  • Assist with set up/break down of technology related items at Company sponsored events

Requirements:

  • Bachelors of Science Technology or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience 

 

This is a hybrid role (Mondays and Fridays – remote and Tuesdays-Thursdays on-site)
