Preventative/Groundskeeper Technician at Marsden Services, L.LC.

Shift: 8am-4pm Monday - Friday 

Location: Multiple locations around the Twin Cities Metro 

Requirements:

  • You must be 18 years old.
  • For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English.
  • A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
  • Able to lift up to 70lbs.
  • Must have Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle. 
  • Must have 1-2 years of relevant maintenance/grounds keeping experience. 

Job Duties:

As you might expect, preventative maintenance is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:  

  • Removing trash 
  • Light carpentry 
  • Appliance installation and checks
  • Snow removal 
  • Basic residential maintenance troubleshooting
